WHERE do we deliver?
Anywhere in Australia
P.O. Boxes. are not permitted, only business or residential address accepted.
WHEN do we despatch?
Within 12-24 business hours of order payment receipt.
BETWEEN what hours do we deliver?
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm.
WHAT process do we use for providing shipping information?
Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
Once the goods are despatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.
WHAT are the delivery costs?
Most items in our store are free delivery. For bulky items, we provide a calculated shipping price on the product page and is according to your delivery postcode. Please contact us via eBay messaging for shipping quotes or any shipping enquiries.
WHAT are the delivery times?
Usually between 2-6 days, depending on where your item is being shipped. For rural areas, delivery times can go out to 10-12 days.
Customs and duty charges (International deliveries)
Deliveries to some countries may incur customs and import related fees on arrival. Please check with your local authorities, as all additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Can items be picked up?
Items can be picked up from our Somerton warehouse, on MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM & SATURDAY 10AM-2PM
